Continuation of Employer's Group Health Coverage. Any employee who retires and is not eligible for health insurance coverage as described herein and (1) who is immediately eligible for retirement benefits under MERS or (2) is retired due to non-duty disability as determined by MERS may remain on the Employer's health insurance plan by paying the full amount of the premium on a pre-paid quarterly basis for a period of ten (10) years or when the employee is eligible for Medicare, whichever occurs first. Procedure for such payment will be established by the Employer.

  • New Mexico Employees Health Coverage A. If Contractor has, or grows to, six (6) or more employees who work, or who are expected to work, an average of at least 20 hours per week over a six (6) month period during the term of the contract, Contractor certifies, by signing this agreement, to have in place, and agrees to maintain for the term of the contract, health insurance for its New Mexico Employees and offer that health insurance to its New Mexico Employees if the expected annual value in the aggregate of any and all contracts between Contractor and the State exceeds $250,000 dollars.

  • Continuation of Employment This Agreement shall not confer upon the Participant any right to continue employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, nor shall this Agreement interfere in any way with the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ right to terminate the Participant’s employment at any time.   • Contribution Formula Health Coverage a. Faculty Member Coverage. The Board assures bargaining unit members that it shall put its full support behind the discipline procedures and policies hereinafter recommended and adopted by the Board.
