Common use of Continuation of Health Insurance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Health Insurance Benefits. If Employee is terminated by the Company without Cause, or terminated her employment with the Company for Good Reason, and provided that Employee elects continuation of health coverage pursuant to Section 601 through 608 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“COBRA”), Company shall pay Employee an amount equal to her monthly COBRA premiums for a period equal to the period remaining in the Employment Period after termination; provided further, such payment will cease upon Employee’s entitlement to other health insurance without charge.

Continuation of Health Insurance Benefits. If Employee is terminated by the Company without Cause, or terminated her his employment with the Company for Good Reason, and provided that Employee elects continuation of health coverage pursuant to Section 601 through 608 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“COBRA”), Company shall pay Employee an amount equal to her his monthly COBRA premiums for a period equal to the period remaining in the Employment Period after termination; provided further, such payment will cease upon Employee’s entitlement to other health insurance without charge.

Continuation of Health Insurance Benefits. If the Employee is terminated by the Company without Causecause, or terminated her employment with the Company for Good Reason“good reason”, and provided that the Employee elects continuation of health coverage pursuant to Section 601 through 608 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“COBRA”), the Company shall pay reimburse the Employee an amount equal to her monthly COBRA premiums for a period equal to the period remaining in the Employment Period of six (6) months after termination; provided further, such payment payments will cease upon the Employee’s entitlement becoming entitled to other health insurance without chargeinsurance.
