Continuation of Pay and Benefits. If requested in writing by the Union, the Employer shall continue to pay the gross salary of any employee who is granted leave under Article 6.02 or 6.03 and shall xxxx the Union, and the Union shall pay 120% of the employee’s gross salary to cover the cost of benefits for the period of such leave within a reasonable period of time. “This provision is not applicable to a casual employee (except a casual employee while in a Temporary Position)”.
