Continuation Pay at Separation. An employee who separates from employment will be eligible for a continuation of pay status on a prorated basis in lieu of vacation and personal leave day cash-out so long as the employee has worked for the District for at least twelve (12) months and has provided the District with written notification consistent with 11.3
