CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT BEYOND EXPIRATION OF PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT. If either party elects not to extend the Period of Employment pursuant to Section 3, but the parties want to continue Executive’s employment without a written contract, such continued employment will be at will and shall not be deemed to extend any of the provisions of this Agreement. At such time, Executive’s employment may thereafter be terminated at will by either Executive or the Company; provided, however, that the provisions of Sections 14, 15 and 16 shall survive any termination of this Agreement or Executive’s termination of employment hereunder.

  • Continued Employment Following Expiration of Term Nothing in this Agreement shall mandate or prohibit a continuation of Executive’s employment following the expiration of the term of this Agreement, upon such terms and conditions as the Bank and Executive may mutually agree.
