Period of Employment definition

Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reasonfor purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

Examples of Period of Employment in a sentence

  • During the Period of Employment, if Executive’s principal place of employment is moved to a location outside of 100 miles from Executive’s residence as of the Effective Date, the Company shall pay or reimburse Executive up to $10,000 for reasonable relocation expenses incurred by Executive and Executive’s household in moving to the new location.


More Definitions of Period of Employment

Period of Employment shall include any extension that becomes applicable pursuant to the preceding sentence.
Period of Employment means the period commencing on the date hereof and terminating pursuant to Section 2.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 8 of this Agreement.
