Continued Health Benefits. The Executive and his eligible dependents shall be entitled to continue to participate in the Company's health and dental insurance plans (collectively, “Health Plans”) at the full applicable COBRA rate for the applicable COBRA period. The Executive shall be responsible for all payments related to COBRA continuation coverage and for completing and submitting all applicable enrollment documents as required by the administrator. The Executive's participation in the Health Plans shall otherwise be subject to the terms and conditions of the Health Plans as applicable to employees generally from time to time, including the right of the Company to amend or terminate the Health Plans.
