Continued Performance; No Tolling of Cure Periods. The Parties agree to continue performing their obligations under this Agreement while the Problem is being resolved as provided in this Article 17, unless and until the Problem is resolved or until this Agreement is terminated. The time frame for a Party to cure any breach of the terms of this Agreement shall not be tolled by the pendency of any Problem resolution procedures.
