Common use of Continuing Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuing Benefits. In the event the Executive is entitled to severance benefits pursuant to subsection 4(a)(i), then in addition to such severance benefits, the Executive shall receive Company-paid health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance coverage as provided to such Executive immediately prior to the Executive's termination, upon the terms and conditions, including deductibles and co-payments, provided in the Company's then-existing plans, policies and programs, for a period of twelve (12) months.
