CONTINUING DEVELOPMENT OBLIGATIONS AND ONGOING TRAINING. Any Business Trainer who is the Enroller of another IBO (who have purchased a MWP product only) and Business Trainer must perform a bona fide supervisory function to ensure that his or her Downline is properly operating his or her Wealth Training IBO business. The Business Trainer must have ongoing contact, communication and management supervision with the Business Owner (who have purchased a MWP product only) and Business Trainers in their Marketing Organisations. Examples of such contact and supervision may include, but are not limited to: newsletters, written correspondence, personal meetings, telephone contact, voice mail, electronic mail, and the accompaniment of Downline IBOs to Wealth Training IBOs meetings, training sessions, and other functions. Upline Business Trainers are also responsible to motivate and train new IBO’s (who have purchased a MWP product only) and Business Trainers in Wealth Training product knowledge, effective sales techniques, the Compensation Plan and compliance with Company Policies.

Distributors must have ongoing contact, communication, and management supervision with the distributors in their Marketing Organizations. Examples of such contact and supervision may include, but are not limited to: newsletters, written correspondence, personal meetings, telephone contact, voice mail, electronic mail, and the accompaniment of Downline distributors to MojiLife meetings, training sessions, and other functions. Upline Distributors are also responsible to motivate and train new distributors in MojiLife product knowledge, effective sales techniques, the MojiLife Marketing and Compensation Plan, and compliance with Company Policies.

  • Parallel Operation Obligations Once the Small Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Small Generating Facility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to: (1) the rules and procedures concerning the operation of generation set forth in the NYISO tariffs or ISO Procedures or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff; (2) any requirements consistent with Good Utility Practice or that are necessary to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Transmission System or Distribution System; and (3) the Operating Requirements set forth in Attachment 5 of this Agreement.
