Common use of Continuing education professor Clause in Contracts

Continuing education professor. Subject to clause 8-7.07, an hourly paid professor hired by the College to teach courses published in the College Education Syllabus, courses leading to a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or to an Attestation of College Studies (ACS), courses included in teaching modules approved by the Minister, or upgrading activities bearing a number of credits determined by the Minister to students enrolled in continuing education.
