Continuing Indemnity. Lessor may require Lessee to effect and to maintain insurance after the Expiry Date with respect to its liability under the indemnities in Clause 10 for such period as Lessor may reasonably require (but in any event not more than 3 years) which provides for each Indemnitee to be named as additional insured. Lessee's obligation in this Clause shall not be affected by Lessee ceasing to be lessee of the Aircraft and/or any of the Indemnitees ceasing to have any interest in respect of the Aircraft.
Continuing Indemnity. 4.2.1 The indemnity herein shall be a continuing indemnity for the payment of all Indemnified Amounts and shall apply to and secure any ultimate balance thereof due or remaining unpaid to Tarion. The indemnity herein shall not be considered as wholly or partially satisfied by the intermediate payment or satisfaction at any time of all or any part of the Indemnified Amounts. All payments received by Tarion from the Builder or any other person in respect of the Indemnified Amounts shall be applied as payments in gross without any right on the part of the Builder to claim the benefit of any such payments until payment in full of all Indemnified Amounts.

Continuing Indemnity. This indemnity shall be a continuing indemnity, and shall extend to the ultimate balance of all amounts which may be or become due, owing or payable under this indemnity and shall continue in force notwithstanding any intermediate payment in whole or in part of any such amounts.
Continuing Indemnity. Lessee shall effect and maintain insurance after the Expiry Date with respect to its liability under the indemnity in Clause 10 for 2 years, and such insurance shall name each Indemnitee as an additional insured.
Continuing Indemnity. Lessee shall effect and maintain insurance after the Expiry Date with respect to its liability under the Indemnity in Clause 10 for * years which provides for each Indemnitee to be named as additional insured. Lessee's obligation in this Clause shall not be affected by Lessee ceasing to be lessee of the Aircraft and/or any of the Indemnitees ceasing to have any interest in respect of the Aircraft.
Continuing Indemnity. (a) The indemnities contained in clause 7.4 (Indemnities) (the "Indemnities"):
(i) are a continuing security and will remain in full force and effect until all the amounts to which the Indemnities are expressed to relate have been paid in full; and
(ii) are in addition to and are not in any way prejudiced by any other security now or subsequently held by any person.
(b) Any settlement or discharge of any claim under any of the Indemnities shall be conditional on no payment made under the Indemnities being avoided or set aside or ordered to be refunded by virtue of any provision of any enactment relating to bankruptcy, insolvency or liquidation.
Continuing Indemnity. Lessee shall effect and maintain product legal liability insurance after the Expiry Date with respect to its liability under Section 10 (INDEMNITY) for two years, and such insurance shall name each Indemnitee as an additional insured.
Continuing Indemnity. (a) Lessor may require Lessee to effect and to maintain insurance after the Expiry Date with respect to its liability under the indemnities in Clause 10 for such period as the Lessor may reasonably require (but in any event not more than three years) providing for each Indemnitee to be named as additional insured.
(b) Lessee's obligation under this Clause 9.5 shall not be affected by the Lessee ceasing to be lessee of the Aircraft or any of the Indemnitees ceasing to have any interest in respect of the Aircraft, and upon a Transfer pursuant to Clause 14.2 Lessee shall continue to name the Indemnitees as additional insureds under the Insurance policies covered by Clause 1(d) of Schedule 5 for three years after the Transfer date.
Continuing Indemnity. Each indemnity in this Agreement shall be a continuing indemnity and shall:
(a) extend to the ultimate balance of the sums and liabilities which are or may become owing to an Indemnified Party under this Agreement; and
(b) continue in force notwithstanding any intermediate payment in whole or in part of the sums and liabilities which are or may become owing to the Guarantor under this Agreement.
