Continuing Use Restrictions Sample Clauses

The Continuing Use Restrictions clause defines limitations on how certain materials, information, or intellectual property may be used after the termination or expiration of an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies that the receiving party must cease using confidential information, proprietary technology, or licensed content once the contract ends, and may require the return or destruction of such materials. Its core function is to protect the disclosing party’s interests by preventing unauthorized or ongoing use of sensitive assets beyond the agreed contractual period.
