Continuity of Personnel. Contractor shall make every reasonable effort to maintain the stability and continuity of Contractor’s staff and subcontractors, if any, assigned to perform the Services. Contractor shall notify City of any changes in Contractor’s staff and subcontractors, if any, assigned to perform the Services prior to and during any such performance.
