Common use of Continuity of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Personnel. Service Provider shall make every reasonable effort to maintain the stability and continuity of Service Provider’s staff and subcontractors, if any, assigned to perform the Services. Service Provider shall notify City of any changes in Service Provider’s staff and sub-contractors, if any, assigned to perform the Services prior to and during any such performance.
