Continuity of Personnel. Consultant shall make every reasonable effort to maintain the stability and continuity of Consultant’s staff and subcontractors consistent with the staff proposed as part of the Statement of Qualifications, if any, assigned to perform Services under this Agreement. a) Consultant shall provide District and the Administrator a list of all personnel and subcontractors providing Services and shall maintain said list current and up to date at all times during the Term. The list shall include the following information: (1) all full or part-time staff positions by title, including volunteer positions whose direct services are required to provide the Services; (2) a brief description of the functions of each such position and the hours each position works each week or, for part-time positions, each day or month, as appropriate; (3) the professional degree, if applicable, and experience required for each position; and (4) the name of the person responsible for fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.
