Common use of Continuity of Service Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Service. 21 Any leave without pay for one full pay period or more which is approved in accordance 22 with these procedures shall not constitute a break in service, but will constitute an 23 adjusted service date. If leave is ninety (90) days or longer, the employee’s pension 24 service date will be affected.
