Continuous late shifts. a. An employee who is rostered to perform and actually performs ordinary duty for at least four consecutive weeks on a shift falling wholly within the hours of 7.30 pm and 7.30 am shall be paid an additional 30% of their ordinary rate of pay for each Monday to Friday shift during that period.
