Continuous late shifts. a. An employee who is rostered to perform and actually performs ordinary duty for at least four consecutive weeks on a shift falling wholly within the hours of 7.30 pm and 7.30 am shall be paid an additional 30% of their ordinary rate of pay for each Monday to Friday shift during that period. b. Provided that for rural employees the hours shall be 6.00 pm to 6.30 am, Monday to Friday.
