Common use of Continuous Protection Clause in Contracts

Continuous Protection. The district shall promptly make payments on insurance programs as provided herein so as to prevent cancellation due to the failure of premium payments for which the district is obligated. In the event of cancellation by the insurer, the district shall notify the exclusive representative of such cancellation and shall endeavor to obtain comparable insurance coverage which shall be mutually acceptable to the district and the exclusive representative.
