Common use of Contract Administration and Training Fund Clause in Contracts

Contract Administration and Training Fund. 19.6 (a) For each Employee covered by this Agreement, the Employer shall pay to the Union’s Contract Administration and Training Fund a sum equal to one percent (1%) of the Gross Wages of each Employee. However, where an Employee is paid over-scale in excess of two hundred fifty percent (250%) of the applicable minimum rate, such percentage shall be computed on two hundred fifty percent (250%) of such minimum rate.
