Common use of Contract Amendments Grantee Clause in Contracts

Contract Amendments Grantee. ‌ The Administrator of the DCAA is the official authorized to execute any amendments related to this Contract for the Grantee. Sub-grantee The Chairperson of the Board of Directors is the official authorized to execute any amendments related to this Contract. Upon board action, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors may designate the Executive Director or other Grantee official to execute amendments on behalf of the Chairperson. Any approved designees must be designated in writing and submitted to the Grantee by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
