Contract Amount Adjustments. If at any time during the "Term" as defined herein, sufficient WIOA funding is not available to WDB for purposes of paying to Contractor the full Contract Amount and Participant Payments Amount, including without limitation due to lack of funds received from the State, WDB shall promptly notify Contractor in writing of such unavailability, whereupon (a) Contractor shall immediately suspend the Contracted Services, and
