Contract and Essential Services Negotiations. (a) Where operational requirements permit, and where reasonable notice is given, the Employer shall grant leave with pay for not more than ten (10) Council negotiating committee members in total between NSHA and IWK for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings with the Employer.
