Temporarily Working in a Position Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) Where an Employee successfully competes for a position outside any bargaining unit of the Employer and takes an approved leave of up to eighteen (18) months from his or her bargaining unit position to work in that position, the Employee has a right to return to his or her bargaining unit position at the expiry of the approved leave.
Temporarily Working in a Position Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) Where an employee successfully competes for a position outside the bargaining unit and takes an approved leave from his or her bargaining unit position to work in that position, the employee has a right to return to his or her bargaining unit position at the expiry of the approved leave.
Temporarily Working in a Position Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) A Nurse shall lose Seniority in the event that the Nurse has accepted a temporary position with the Employer outside of the Bargaining Unit, or has been granted a leave of absence from the Nurse’s Bargaining Unit position to accept a permanent position with the Employer and remains outside of the Bargaining Unit for more than eighteen (18) months.
