Contract Approval and Processing Clause Samples
Contract Approval and Processing. Upon receipt of ABT Keystone’s approval of any such Contract offer for purchase, Dealer shall (i) procure all stipulations and documents requested by ABT Keystone, including evidence of physical damage insurance covering the Vehicle and any other insurance coverage as required by ABT Keystone, (ii) execute and deliver to ABT Keystone an assignment of the Contract in a form acceptable to ABT Keystone (“Assignment”), and (iii) deliver the original Contract and all other Required Documents to ABT Keystone. Following such execution of the Contract and subsequent delivery of the Vehicle, Dealer shall promptly forward to ABT Keystone the Contract and other documents required by ABT Keystone after which ABT Keystone may purchase the Contract in accordance paragraph 3C below.
Contract Approval and Processing. Upon receipt of an Approval for any offered Contract, Dealer shall
i. procure all Required Documents for that Contract,
ii. execute and deliver to CustomFin Auto an original fully-executed copy of the assignment to CustomFin Auto of all Required Documents substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A (the “Assignment”), and
iii. deliver with the original fully-executed Assignment the original Required Documents to CustomFin Auto. Following execution of the applicable Required Documents and subsequent delivery of the applicable Vehicle, Dealer shall promptly forward the original copies of the Assignment and the Required Documents to CustomFin Auto.
