Contract Authority. If this Agreement is signed by Artist’s agent, the agent expressly warrants that he/she has full and current legal authority to act and contract on behalf of the Artist and is authorized by Artist to execute this Agreement for Artist for this engagement at the time and place specified in this Agreement.
