Contract between buyer and seller. Xxxxx’s receipt of or payment for the Goods or Work described in the Order will not be construed as an acceptance of any terms in any Seller Documents.
Contract between buyer and seller. 6.1. Once the Buyer has completed the purchase of Artwork from a Seller via the Platform, a Contract will be formed. ArtMakers have no responsibility to the Buyer in relation to the Contract between Buyer and Seller for Artwork, except as may be identified in these Terms.
6.2. The Buyers obligation to pay for any Artwork is satisfied when full payment is received via the Platform. Because ArtMakers conclude the sale on behalf of the Seller, XxxXxxxx’s name will appear on the payment card statement which may also display the Seller’s name.
6.3. Payment can only be made for Artwork using the payment method(s) displayed on the Platform on checkout.
6.4. After an order is placed, the Buyer will receive an e-mail from ArtMakers acknowledging receipt on behalf of the Seller. Please note that this does not mean that the order has been accepted by the Seller or by ArtMakers. The Seller’s acceptance of the order will be confirmed by the Order Confirmation email.
