Applicable Carrier definition

Applicable Carrier means, as of any date, with respect to any Aircraft, the Eligible Carrier that is leasing such Aircraft from the applicable Aircraft Owning Entity or an Applicable Intermediary, on such date.
Applicable Carrier means, with respect to any Financed Aircraft, the Eligible Carrier that has leased such Financed Aircraft from the Applicable Borrower, or from the Applicable Intermediary in accordance with Section 2.15.

More Definitions of Applicable Carrier

Applicable Carrier means, with respect to any Financed Eligible Asset, the Eligible Carrier that has leased such Financed Eligible Asset from the Applicable Borrower, or from the Applicable Intermediary in accordance with Section 2.15.
