Common use of Contract Duration Clause in Contracts

Contract Duration. This Agreement will be effective as of July 1, 2019 and shall continue in force and effect until June 30, 2022 and shall thereafter be renewed automatically from year to year unless written notice of a desire to amend the terms of the Agreement is sent by one party to the other at least six (6) months prior to the renewal date hereof.
