CONTRACT FINANCIAL REPORT. a. Financial reports on the attached Financial Report of Individual Project/Contract shall be submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the instructions for completing this form, which accompany the form, in an original and one electronic copy, not later than the 30th working day after the close of the reporting period. The line entries for subdivisions of work and elements of cost (expenditure categories) which shall be reported within the total contract are discussed in paragraph e., below. Subsequent changes and/or additions in the line entries shall be made in writing. The Government may unilaterally revise the “Financial Report of Individual Project/Contract” to reflect the allotment of additional funds.
