Contract III. A faculty member who completed at least 75% of the previous academic year on Contract II and was offered a new contract by the District. Per Ed Code, a contract beyond Contract II must be for two academic years. These two years will be referred to as Contract III Year I and Contract III Year 2.
Contract III. Supply Agreement on the Delivery of Wood Chips This agreement regulates the sale of woodchips or woodpellets between a BLTC and its customers (e.g.: CHP-plants, heating plants). Quality features, payment- and delivery conditions, as well as billing procedures are regulated here. In this contract there is a special focus on the selected qualities, which where choose by the customer, e.g.: CHP plant or heating plant. Additionally the accounting unit is specified (dry ton, xxxx cubic meter). It is recommended using ‘dry ton’ as accounting unit as this is a fairer and more transparent billing method. Within this contract also the conditions of the heating plant or of the customer are to be maintained. With respect to the delivery modalities, e.g. the authorizations for delivery times need to be observed (noise protection, etc.) Another crucial point is the knowledge about the storage capacity of the customer, which is important to plan the maximal capacities, which can be delivered.
