Contract Implementation/Review Process. At the request of either party, the parties will meet to discuss contract implementation or review issues. The District may provide GTA written notice of intent to implement the contract in a specified manner. GTA may provide the District within 10 work days a written objection to the intended action. The District or GTA may submit the matter to arbitration if the issue cannot be resolved.
