Contract Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. The State of Oklahoma, District Court of Oklahoma County will be the venue in the event any legal action is filed by the DRS or the Contractor to enforce or to interpret provisions of the Contract.
