Contract Maintenance and Negotiations. Members of the Grievance and Negotiation Committee, if employed at the College, shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for all working time lost in adjusting grievances and negotiation of contract. Schedules will not be altered due to meeting times, unless the changes to the schedule are mutually agreed upon by the affected Employee and the Director of Facilities.
