Contract Monitoring Questionnaire. Grantee must comply with all applicable cost principles, audit requirements, and administrative requirements listed under the terms and conditions of the Contract. To ensure compliance with these requirements, HHSC utilizes a risk-based contract monitoring system. Grantee is required to complete a Contract Monitoring Questionnaire as requested and by the dates designated by HHSC.
