Contract Renewal. This contract may be renewed for one term not to exceed three years or for the term of the original contract, whichever period is longer. Such renewal shall be made by mutual agreement and shall be contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluations as determined by the Department and shall be subject to the availability of funds.
