Common use of Contract Schedule Clause in Contracts

Contract Schedule. The planning, design, construction and completion of the Project shall be undertaken and completed in accordance with the Schedule, which shall define major design and construction activities, their sequences and elapsed completion time from the date of the Notice to Begin Design. The Schedule shall not be modified except by a Modification.
