Contractor shall upgrade to new versions of Microsoft Office or other such software as may be specified by VEIC at the same time VEIC does and shall use the same versions at the same time that VEIC does throughout the term of this Contract. Contractor shall devote sufficient personnel to complete the Contract Scope of Work in a timely manner, consistent with any milestones or deadlines set forth in Attachment A. Contractor shall provide VEIC with a list of the key personnel upon execution of this Contract, and VEIC reserves the right to reasonably reject any or all of the Contractor’s key personnel. The Contractor shall carry out the Contract Scope of Work in a professional and competent manner, consistent with best practices in the industry and with due diligence and efficiency, in a practical manner designed to promote the purposes of the EEU and with due regard to the obligations of the parties thereto.
