Contract Status and Position. Upon his/her return from sabbatical leave, a member's salary and fringe benefits will be the same as he/she would have received had the period of his/her leave been spent in the Southeast Local School System; and he/she will be returned to the same position, if available, or one comparable to it at the same level.
