Contract Time, Changes in Contract Time. The work on this Project shall commence within ten (10) days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed, which will be provided for each schedule. The work for shall be completed within a maximum of 45 calendar days of the commencement of the project. The parties agree that this is a reasonable time for completion of the work.
