Contract Time, Changes in Contract Time. The work on this Project shall commence within ten (10) days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed, which will be provided for each schedule. All work shall be completed within Forty (40) calendar days of the commencement of the work. The parties agree that this is a reasonable time for completion of the work. Work stoppage due to inclement weather conditions and other factors must be approved by the Engineer.
