Common use of CONTRACT TIMES Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT TIMES. The Work shall be substantially completed within 60 calendar days after the date specified in the Notice to Proceed (“Substantial Completion”), and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the Contract Documents within 30 calendar days after the date specified in the Notice to Proceed (“Final Completion”).
