Contracting Body Management Information. 4.10.1 From the Framework Commencement Date, the Supplier shall provide a Contracting Body’s staff with access to the secure Online Programme Management Tool. The Online Programme Management Tool must provide Contracting Body’s programme administrator(s) with access to data that is captured when a transaction is processed, which as a minimum standard, includes the requirements listed below: (a) The Contracting Body’s account number; (b) Fuel Card details - unique number, name or vehicle registration number; (c) total cost of each transaction; (d) transaction date; (e) location of transaction; and (f) Merchant identification number and postcode. 4.10.2 The Supplier shall provide data in the format requested by each Contracting Body. 4.10.3 To help UK police forces manage their fleet operations, the Supplier shall provide the Contracting Body Management Information to UK police forces on fuel transactions as follows: (a) the data will be in an agreed data format for uploading into the UK police forces fleet management systems; (b) the data must be provided on a weekly basis and be available electronically; (c) the data must be compatible with the fleet management systems operated by all UK police forces as set out in Annex 2 of this Framework Schedule 1 (Services and Key Performance Indicators);and (d) the data will remain the property of the individual police force at all times.
