Common use of Contractor Billing review Clause in Contracts

Contractor Billing review. Contractor shall review its xxxxxxxx to all customers within the first year of this agreement to assure that the amounts billed are consistent with the service levels provided and the approved rate schedule. The results of that review shall be presented to County no later than 90 Days following the end of the first year of the agreement.
