Contractor Criminal History Background Checks. The District shall conduct criminal history background checks for all vendors and contractors selected by the District as well as for all District employees. OP shall conduct criminal history background checks for all vendors and contractors selected by OP as well as for all OP employees, or OP may contract with the District for such checks.
