CONTRACTOR DUTIES. Contractor shall, and shall cause its Subcontractors to, comply with all Applicable Laws relating to Hazardous Material. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (a) Contractor shall, and shall cause its Subcontractors to, have a release prevention and response plan to contain and clean up any spills or emissions of Hazardous Materials by Contractor or its Personnel (such plan to be made available to Owner upon Owner’s request); (b) Contractor shall, and shall cause its Subcontractors to apply for, obtain, comply with, maintain and renew all Applicable Permits required of Contractor by Applicable Laws regarding Hazardous Material that are necessary, customary or advisable for the performance of the Work;
