Contractor Managed Systems. Contractor shall ensure that either: (i) file shares are configured with access rights which prevent unauthorized access or (ii) Contractor shall remove or disable file shares that cannot be configured with access controls set forth in (i) hereof. Access rights to file shares that remain under (i) must use the Principle of Least Privilege for granting access.
