Contractor Material Submittals. URS RPR will receive, distribute and develop a process to track material submittals proposed by the Contractor for the Work. The Project Manager will consult and advise the City on the acceptability of substitute materials and equipment proposed by the Contractor. URS RPR will coordinate with URS Engineer of Work as necessary to clarify and confirm specified materials for the Work.
