Specified Materials. 20.1 If any material specified to be used in the building works is unavailable when required by the builder, the builder may ask the owner for a variation to substitute the use of similar material, and the owner must promptly sign the relevant written variation when produced by the builder.

This Agreement and the informational documents referred to in Schedule G hereto (together, the “Specified Materials”) do not (taken as a whole, as of the date hereof and the Closing Date) include any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made materially misleading.

Notwithstanding the foregoing and solely with respect to CoStasis, subject 3 to the terms and conditions herein, Collagen shall manufacture and supply CoStasis to Technologies until January 1, 2000, provided that Technologies' requirements for CoStasis are no more than [*] syringes ([*] ccs per syringe) per batch. Collagen shall have no obligation to supply CoStasis to Technologies hereunder when Technologies' requirements for CoStasis exceed [*] syringes ([*] ccs per syringe) per batch.
Specified Materials. 1. All customary due diligence reports, documents, and analyses including, without limitation, all appraisals, title commitments and related exception documents, surveys, engineering reports, environmental reports, UCC, tax and judgment lien searches, organizational documents, construction contracts, architect’s plans and specifications, rent rolls, leases, management agreements and other material agreements, reports and analyses.
Specified Materials. 4.7.1 The Nunatsiavut Government may quarry, or permit any Person to quarry, a Specified Material in Specified Material Lands without payment of any fee or Royalty Tax to the Province.
