Data Gathering and Review. Consultant shall review background information provided by the City and will develop a formal data request for any additional information required for completion of the work. Additional data requests may be made throughout the project; however most of the data required will be requested at the beginning of the project.

Data Gathering and Review. The ENGINEER will review the City’s data and records of the Rancho Santa Fe 1.75 MG water storage tank. This review will include the tank dive inspection reports, and as-built construction records. Data review will be followed by a field verification visit to the site. Field verification activities will verify as-built drawing information, including the tank dimensions, overflow elevations, piping elevations, and any other missing data with respect to the final design records for the facility. Other items regarding the overall facility and site will also be reviewed such as cathodic protection system (if installed), and compliance with current OSHA regulations. Paint chip samples for Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) testing will be collected and analyzed for hazardous substances. This will confirm the need for special disposal practices that may be needed during construction.
Data Gathering and Review. Review 2014 CSMP, FEMA and County flood plain mapping, City natural resource maps, pump station and force main as-builts, record drawings, O&M Manuals, flow records, previously completed evaluation reports, and other information made available by the City.
