Common use of Contractor Obligations Clause in Contracts

Contractor Obligations. EXPIRATION OR TERMINATION. Upon expiration or termination of this Contract, Contractor shall: (a) continue to fulfill its warranty obligations with respect to any Goods and/or Services sold hereunder and all provisions of the Contract that, by their nature, would continue beyond the expiration, termination, or cancellation of the Contract shall so continue and survive; and (b) promptly return to Purchaser all keys, badges, and other materials supplied by Purchaser for the performance of any Purchase Order entered into pursuant to this Contract.

Upon expiration or termination of this Statewide Contract, Contractor shall: (a) continue to fulfill its warranty obligations with respect to any Goods and/or or Services sold hereunder and all provisions of the Statewide Contract that, by their nature, would continue beyond the expiration, termination, or cancellation of the Statewide Contract shall so continue and survive; and (b) promptly return to Purchaser all keys, badges, and other materials supplied by Purchaser for the performance of any Purchase Order entered into pursuant to this Statewide Contract.

Upon expiration or termination of this Contracta Purchase Order, Contractor shall: (a) continue to fulfill its warranty obligations with respect to any Goods Products and/or Services sold hereunder and all provisions of the Contract Participating Addendum that, by their nature, would continue beyond the expiration, termination, or cancellation of the Contract Purchase Order shall so continue and survive; and (b) promptly return to Purchaser Purchasing Entity all keys, badges, and other materials supplied by Purchaser Purchasing Entity for the performance of any such Purchase Order entered into pursuant to this ContractOrder.
