Common use of CONTRACTOR PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR PAYMENT. 1. For the performance of the services and tasks described herein, based upon review and approval by the Department, the Contractor shall receive a maximum dollar amount not to exceed $1,076,926.00 for the period October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2019.

CONTRACTOR PAYMENT. 1. Payments shall be made in three (3) equal quarterly payments based on the period October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2019availability of funds.

For the performance of the services and tasks described herein, based upon review and approval by the Department, herein the Contractor shall receive a maximum dollar amount not to exceed $1,076,926.00 45,000 at a rate of up to $9,000.00 per State Fiscal Year, for the period October 1, 2016 7/1/17 through September 30, 20196/30/2022.
